Young People aged 13 and older have the right to free sexual health help, advice and treatment.

You can get help with:

  • contraception and condoms (things that prevent pregnancy or getting an infection)
  • testing and treatment for STI’s (sexually transmitted infections)
  • emergency contraception (sometimes called the morning after pill)
  • pregnancy testing
  • accessing our Choices service if you are pregnant and want to chat about your options
  • any questions you might have about your sexual health and wellbeing

All sexual health services are confidential. Your information will not be shared with parents, carers or other people.
If the service thinks you are being harmed or are in danger, your information may be shared with another professional to keep you safe. The worker will let you know if they need to talk to another professional and what information they need to share.
